## What is nbPresence?

nbPresence is the nbApps attendance app for your company's employees and managers. Clock in, check your hours and manage your absences from your phone, with the same data your company already uses in nbPresencia.

CLOCK IN WITH ONE TAP
• Record your clock-in and clock-out with a single button.
• Choose your work mode: office, remote, at a client… as set up by your company.
• Your location is saved with each record when your company requires it.
• Add an exit reason and attach supporting documents when needed.

YOUR HOURS AT A GLANCE
• Hours worked this week and this month against your expected hours.
• Full clock-in history, day by day.

ABSENCES WITHOUT PAPERWORK
• Check your absence balance by type: available, used and pending.
• Request absences by full day, half day or by the hour.
• Attach supporting documents and follow the status of every request.
• Team calendar with public holidays and your colleagues' absences.

FOR MANAGERS
• Approve or reject your team's requests from your phone.
• Live attendance control: who has clocked in, who is missing and who is absent.
• Hours worked, overtime and shortfalls by employee and period.
• Absence balances for the whole workforce, plus reports.
• Correct records when needed, with a full change log.

STATION MODE
• Turn a tablet into a shared clock-in point for the whole office.

ALSO
• Sign in with your Microsoft account or your nbApps user.
• Available in English and Spanish, with light and dark mode.
