The app has developmental issues. Some functions (just viewing things) work really well. But then others needed items flat out aren’t even an option. This app seems like it has just been patched to “get by” to claim they have an app. It’s easier to use a desktop because this app sucks.

This is the worst benefit company I’ve ever had. I use them for commuter benefits. And the money I should have is never what they show. They have hidden a total of $378 which coincides 2 train tickets. I have taken screen shots and when they are confronted, they say “they’ll get back with me” and never do. I dread the new year coming up because I always have to pay out of pocket, which is why my balance is always off. They blame it on the “system updating”

Terrible app.  Can’t even set up the basics or change settings information without getting errors.  Tried to set up direct deposit and I have had nothing but problems.  Been with support 4 times and have to constantly start over.  Won’t even let me submit claims.  I hate this app.

Not easy to navigate and continually run into problems getting reimbursed. Jumping through so many hoops to get reimbursed for pennies.

The app and dashboard itself are great but wow does it take forever to load when you initially open the app. I sometimes click it to start the load process and walk away knowing it’s going to be a while.

I’ve had this for two years and for two years I’ve periodically tried to get reimbursed via direct deposit instead of a million checks in the mail. They need to work on this feature. I think it’s missing from the app and impossible to find on their website and even when you get help finding it, it never works.
