This app is not working at the moment and there is no update button to fix the bugs.

The apps keep on crashing all the time. The only viable purpose for the apps is for booking appointment..

App is good to have as can help one to book for maintenance anytime even outside of working hours. However, inconvenient part is app keeps on crashing after few times. Noticed this when you open the app and all data is gone. Tried contacting the NBT support for this and the only advise given was to delete and re-install the app.

The app is not working on my iphone 14 pro max with ios 16.2

I was able to use the app to book a service, but I have a notification showing on the app which I can’t find and therefore can’t cancel unless I turn off Notifications for this app in my settings. I’ve reported the problem, but so far no response. Tried the email address in the app as well only to have my email rejected due to the domain name not being recognised. The screen also doesn’t seem to be optimised for the iPhone 13 Pro.

24/06/23: still no feedback.
