## What is NC Protocol Hub?

NC Protocol Hub displays the North Carolina EMS protocols, procedures, policies, and appendices for all first responders that need immediate and easy access.
Users may also download and view their local protocols through this app if their agency is included within the app. Please have agency admin representative email through link within app if interested in joining for free. Please consider that certain extra features require a subscription to access as this helps fund the continuous development of this app.

This app is to ONLY be used as a reference to the state protocols and may sometimes not be up to date if protocols are suddenly changed. Please refer to local protocols for any questions or updates. Users shall seek a medical control or own medical directors advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions. Please refer to your agency's official approved source for up to date protocols found at: https://www.ncems.org/protocols/ or through your agency

Have had this app for couple years now and with the latest update I have since lost access to the state protocols. Do you have to have the paid service now in order to access them? Why wouldn’t lose them and it fails to download each time.

As someone new to EMS as a whole having these easy access protocols was very helpful for on the fly references. This password update was horrible

Why do I need a password to download the state protocols? Even before the app was updated I had issues but atleast I could see the protocols… most of the time.

Great resource, but some protocols are missing. It will show a blank screen with the protocol name and size of the pdf document. This is extremely frustrating.
