This app won’t recognize my ID even when I checked with the IT center, they have no idea why!!! I am not able to register for classes that I paid for! It’s been 3 weeks and nobody is able to fix the issue!!!

Imagine getting an app to sign up for wellness classes except you have to log in every time you use it, DUO authenticate, log in again to sign in for the actual class and DUO authenticate again. Save time, just use your browser.

I cannot fathom why they stopped using their old app. This is literally an embarrassment. we have so many students that could have come up with something better than this, I’m so embarrassed for whoever thought THIS APP was a good idea 🤢 Go back to the other one PLEASE

Makes you log in every time. SO annoying. Not even a real app, just links back to a website. Wish they would go back to the other app.

First off, don't even bother downloading the app. It's basically just giving you a link to the website on your Home Screen, everything you do will just take you to your browser. Second, horrible app design, calendar doesn't make sense and you have to go through so many routes just to sign up for a class or find out if it's full. Also super difficult to find out how to cancel a registration. I have no idea why they made a new app, the old one was great.

Weak app logs me out after every use, does anyone know how I can fix this? Or is it something on my end?

The app keeps logging me out then it’s virtually impossible to log back in.  Other than the open access data this app is nearly useless.
