Unfortunately it never recognizes an endorsement and always asks you to retake the photo of the back of the check.  It would be a great app if not for that issue.

Definitely a step in the right direction. Still don’t get why they have the least secure password rules imaginable and the repetition of certain steps is tedious for depositing checks, etc., but it’s a smoother and slicker app than before and seems to get around a bit faster.

I find it logged you out frequently although everything else that you need is in the app you have access to And Bill paying options in so much more all in one stop very helpful

I have been banking with NCB for almost 20 years and am impressed by the exceptional personal service that I get and dealing with this bank. Another aspect of this financial organization is its private family ownership, that they are overfunded. It can never be run on, and are one of the top 20 banks in the US.
