I’ve had this card for over 2 years and went through multiple calls and to this day I still can’t log in. So nothing but poor experiences for me

This app is beyond frustrating to use. It doesn’t work properly and gets stuck/wont put your redemptions through. You get stuck talking to the chatbot that doesn’t help you. Tech and apps is definitely NOT what all the money we pay this bank for it’s services is going to.

Have the app for almost two months now and I’m yet to see my miles displayed smh

I cancelled a transaction 3 months ago and can’t get my miles returned. The rep on the WhatsApp chat says I must wait until they hear from the vendor.  Apparently there is no time after which it is escalated. …..so we just wait.

After you provide your email and you click the link you receive, it send you to a blank page. Even when you try different emails it still happens.
