NCC Always App ব্যবহার করে আমি হতাশ। ক্রেডিট কার্ড ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অ্যাপটিতে প্রয়োজনীয় অনেক ফিচারের অভাব রয়েছে। এমনকি ক্রেডিট কার্ড থেকে মোবাইল রিচার্জ করার সুবিধাও নেই, যা বর্তমানে একটি মৌলিক সুবিধা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়।

এছাড়া অ্যাপটি প্রায়ই খুব ধীরগতিতে লোড হয়। অনেক সময় লগইন করার পর বা বিভিন্ন মেনুতে প্রবেশ করলে কোনো তথ্যই প্রদর্শিত হয় না, শুধু খালি স্ক্রিন দেখা যায় বা ডাটা লোড হতে ব্যর্থ হয়। এই ধরনের সমস্যা ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অত্যন্ত বিরক্তিকর এবং অ্যাপটির নির্ভরযোগ্যতা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তৈরি করে।
