All answer choices are wrong so I can not progress to the next flash card. Very frustrating and even removing and re-downloading the app doesn’t fix this glitch. UGH. I’ve tried canceling this subscription and I’m still getting charged a month later. DO NOT USE this program. Better ones out there that actually work and won’t steal your money ### 1/5 — Just Awful *2022-06-16, version 10.0* This app is truly awful. I thought half of the questions were jokes, and almost none of them seem helpful or at all mirror the test. One of the questions was literally a Henry Ford quote? Plus, you are charged for the “free trial.” I was supposed to be charged $8.99 per week after a free week, and I was immediately charged $12.99. First, the questions will get “stuck” asking the same question repeatedly 10 times in a row. Next, the app is not entirely user friendly, I’ve tried the create your own exam or take a 21 question test and buttons disappear so you can’t move forward or backward. I could only change the subscription to a single month, which it also charged me for. I purchased a subscription, and did 15 questions. I got 13 of them correct, but the app told me I only got 3 of them correct. I took screenshots, and tried to email the company through the app, but the email got kicked back to me. Given how important the reliability of testing materials are, I’m extremely frustrated and don’t recommend.
