The app is not made good.
You can buy packages, and they deduct the money, but you do not get any package.
Money is gone. The support is not helpful, and doesn’t want to refund the money and just waiting your time.
Somehow the want a good feedback, but do not understand, that the customer should be happy first to receive a good feedback

I have stopped using ncell after their campaign “Sadhain on”. I had purchased data for 3 days. But after that during emergencies I could not even use ncell data without purchasing data for certain time period! Bakwaas campaign to betray customers!
