You have to type in everything each time. No Face ID, doesn’t even remember your username/email. I can add one photo but when I try and add a second photo, it crashes after I select “Photos”. Oh btw, set the password through the app and it excepted then try to sign in and says it’s wrong right after. App keeps having an error message and freezes on that screen with two text boxes and a button that have no labels. App will not navigate elsewhere and it has to be closed to try again. Much of the feedback has long since been resolved. All transactions are now easily handled through the app with great ease. It’s apparent that the developers have listened and acted on previous feedback. Great job guys! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2018-09-20* Does everything I want it to. Has Face ID and force touch even. Best insurance in NC!!! ### 4/5 — Farm Bureau of NC Apple App *2024-08-14* I’ve used this app for the past 3 years to pay my auto insurance premiums and download my proof of insurance. I use Face ID to log into my account. I haven’t had any issues. After reading 5 year old reviews, I wanted to write a current (Aug 2024) review.
