### 4/5 — Accessible NCLEX Prep

*2026-06-05, version 34.1*

I’m on my phone too much anyway might as well study for the NCLEX while I’m at it. Question seem similar to other material I’ve used such as ATI, a tutorial would be helpful for navigating everything although it’s really not that hard to learn.

### 2/5 — UWORLD >

*2026-02-08, version 31.10.1*

this app had me so discouraged in continuing my nursing dreams. No way the NCLEX RN was this tricky? I’m doing quite well in school yet I was fumbling these questions habitually due to the question format and scoring model (if there’s multiple answers and you nail 4/5, guess what? You don’t receive partial credit ❌). I feel its almost as if it sets you up so you can become addicted in proving your competency. I invested in UWorld and it’s more my speed and I’m scoring 80s/90s now.

### 2/5 — Questions

*2025-11-25, version 31.7*

The questions are always questionable. The levels all start off as hard or challenge for free trial. Not sure how beneficial it is.

### 2/5 — Unfaithful Company-Lifetime Subscription Not Honored/Always a Glitch

*2025-11-18, version 31.7*

I purchased Lifetime Subscription, but my subscription expires after like 10 years. The shouldn't have sold Lifetime subscriptions if they were not going to honor them. Instead should have sold a decade subscription. The system always have some type of glitch: sync issues, stalling, closing on its own, not updating stats, not updating test date, etc. With all of these I often ask why do I still want my Lifetime Subsription. Well, that's what I paid for and expected the company to honor it's commitment, but it won't, which is unethical.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2025-11-11, version 31.7*

It’s been very helpful and easily accessible, a real staple for my NCLEX preparation

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-08-11, version 29.6*

There are so many cool benefits. On the phone, tablet and computer. There’s interactive days in ICU or specially designed tutor sessions, they have every question you could think of lol. They also have a really cool AI function on tablet and computer that allows you to ask questions about a rationale to a question that allows for further understanding. I can’t believe I stumbled across this!!

### 5/5 — Rofiatullah

*2025-08-01, version 29.6*

This is a very good app!!!

### 5/5 — Nursing school student

*2025-07-26, version 29.5*

This app is preparing me to critically think like a nurse. 10 questions a day to pass the NCLEX

### 5/5 — RN Morenikeji Akinloose

*2025-07-24, version 29.5*

I saw this app randomly while trying to download something else on my apple store; I paid for 3 months subscription and to my surprise, the difficult questions in NCLEX were made easy with their exceptional mnemonics and deep explanation of content. I will recommend this to anyone who is busy with childcare, work-life balance and willing to pass the Nclex at all cost like myself.

### 5/5 — Practice

*2025-07-19, version 28.0.1*

I love this app, very informative and broken down for me to understand

### 2/5 — Format

*2025-06-27, version 28.0.1*

Some of the questions that require looking at charts and drag and drop are mentally straining because it’s not formatted for phone screens. Sorry if i didn’t make it clear, developer, updating the app and having a great internet connection doesn’t fix the format issue. It’s too much going on in the screen and a headache to go back and forth on a phone screen to different charts. And now AI has been added which made the app worse. Now it’s not even a mobile app. It’s a webpage disguised as one.

### 5/5 — App Rotation iPad Use

*2025-06-16, version 27.2*

Could it be possible to get the app rotated for Apple iPad use?

### 5/5 — PASSED MY NCLEX AT 85 QUESTIONS

*2025-06-13, version 27.2*

I used this app to study and answer questions! It helped me understand the material and allowed me to personalize my tests, it also shows you your score! Thank you for creating such an amazing app!

### 2/5 — Working until…

*2025-06-05, version 27.2*

So great app and the integrated Analysis nice addition. However recent update to iPad and all I get now is a blank loading screen and the app never starts.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unable to unsubscribe from content

*2026-07-23, version 34.3*

Will not allow me to remove myself from the mailing list because safari considers the source website untrustworthy.

### 1/5 — Worthless.

*2026-04-23, version 33.4*

The questions are garbage. I passed the NCLEX first try, no thanks to this app.

### 1/5 — Not logical rationales

*2026-03-14, version 33.2*

Just do yourself a solid and either use ChatGPT or a test prep program. (I won’t name which ones, but they’re usually 100 bucks for a packet of test bank questions). This app is just isn’t logical and doesn’t even help you get into test mode for the NCLEX. This WILL however have retired nurses in the comment section defending their Mickey Mouse rationales.

Edit:
Cope and seething is at new time highs with the devs reply. I never used this product until 2025

### 1/5 — Not good

*2026-01-20, version 31.10.1*

You put the right answer then they just smack you wrong. Delete the app.

### 1/5 — UNUSABLE APP! CANNOT SUBSCRIBE!!

*2025-12-04, version 31.7*

The app will not let me subscribe. I cannot use it. I tried E-Mailing the support staff, and their advice failed! I am deleting the app, and finding an NCLEX APP THAT I ILL WORK!

### 1/5 — Not for Canadians

*2025-04-10, version 26.0*

This NCLEX prep app inaccurately reflects the scope of practice for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Canada. For example, it incorrectly states that LPNs cannot perform admission assessments, which is not universally true. In Canada, LPNs’ scope of practice, including conducting admission assessments, is defined by provincial regulations and may differ from U.S. standards. Users should verify that the app’s content aligns with their local regulatory standards

### 1/5 — App is very buggy and the practice exams aren’t available

*2025-02-09, version 24.0*

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE OR REPORT ISSUES!! Do not use!!!! I used the PN version of this app and recommended it to everyone - I highly regret this. You can’t take a practice exam as advertised you just get to read about it. The interface is very buggy also. Just not a good choice anymore. I feel like I wasted my time and money.

### 1/5 — Charged for free trial

*2024-12-31, version 23.2*

The free trial will charge you which is very expensive

### 1/5 — Zero stars

*2024-01-22, version 11.1.12012*

I can’t see all the information for the case studies. I emailed customer support to ask for it to be fixed and it was not addressed. I would like a refund.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Genius content

*2026-08-26, version 35.3*

Critical thinking, challenging and the materials are all useful no waste in this review app. I’m glad I encountered it such a blessing. Also prices are so reasonable.

### 5/5 — Best nursing school app around

*2026-07-02, version 34.3*

Even the free version comes with discussions and ai tutoring abilities. Absolutely worth it.

### 5/5 — best app!

*2026-06-11, version 34.2*

passed in 85 with this

### 5/5 — Yay

*2026-06-08, version 34.1*

10 free questions daily :D

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2026-06-05, version 34.1*

The “namebrand” NCLEX preps were way out of my budget, but this app was awesome and budget friendly! Challenging questions with great variety and rationales. I’m so happy I found this to practice and learn. FYI I did pass my NCLEX June 2026!!

### 5/5 — GET THIS APP

*2026-01-06, version 31.10.1*

I’m convinced this app is the reason I passed my NCLEX. Love the questions and the rationals are super easy to understand, gives you all the information you need without over boarding with too much information like Archer and UWorld felt like. For the price this is the best resource out there. I love the supporting material such as videos and pictures. Well done app and worth every penny.

### 5/5 — Studying

*2025-12-20, version 31.10*

This app is useful friendly explains everything to further your studies

### 5/5 — One of the BEST NCLEX app ever

*2025-10-11, version 31.3*

It’s gold for NCLEX prep, my experience with it is beyond great. The rationales, pictures, short videos etc.
It is designed to develop critical thinking and reasoning skills step by step, one question at a time. There’s all kinds of questions from medium to real hard questions.
Oh and also they have this Real life nursing scenario simulation. I give an easy 9/10

### 5/5 — nclex

*2025-09-18, version 30.2*

price of the course is not affordable, 10 a month

### 5/5 — Great teaching tool

*2025-08-13, version 29.6*

This app is a great review tool. The ability to see rationales for questions, discussion from other users about the questions with quick clarification responses from the app support team, different formats of questions, and abilities to flag topics for further review make this a great review tool.
