We are happy with the overall progress. I kindly request the teachers to continue giving regular guidance and feedback on areas where my child needs improvement. We will also support and encourage our child at home to improve studies and overall performance. This is such a simple thing but the app does not have this feature, making our life difficult, having to come to the accounts section to settle the dues. Raised concern via app in December, the support team closed it as resolved. Got it reopened in February and till date no response.
