## What is Ncontinuity?

Ncontinuity Mobile is the companion app for Ncontracts' business continuity platform. It gives your team secure, on-the-go access to the tools they need before, during, and after a disruption.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANS
Browse and search your organization's active continuity plans. Drill into full details including recovery objectives (MTD, RTO, RPO), recovery strategies, response teams, call trees, required resources, locations, documents, and dependent functions.

CONTACT DIRECTORY
Search your organization's contacts by name or title. Tap any phone number to place a call directly — cell, work, or home. When every second counts, your critical contacts are one tap away.

EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS
Send multi-channel notifications to targeted groups via email, SMS, or voice call. Use pre-configured templates or compose from scratch. Attach polls to gather real-time responses and monitor results with live vote tracking.

WORKS OFFLINE
Previously loaded plans, contacts, and templates are cached on-device so you can access critical information even without connectivity. Sync status indicators keep you informed about data freshness.

SECURE ACCESS
Two-factor authentication, multi-institution support, and role-based permissions ensure that sensitive continuity data stays protected.

Ncontinuity Mobile requires an active Ncontinuity subscription. Contact your administrator for access.
