Very disappointed with the app open the app and go to connect, it then ask for permission which I have already granted to the app permission from here it just leaves me there without connecting

Wifi connection doesn’t work. Are you sure the new model has wifi as it says.

I welcome the recent 2.0 updates even if it’s been 1 year since a update. 

The update did bring a faster load time for viewing the live stream though loading the videos takes way too long, and the thumbnails for each video is duplicated and some don’t even load, so you never know what video is what.

Also, I can’t update my 2K dash cam to the latest update, it continues to fail. I’ve tried factory reset/SD formats but it keeps failing.

There should be an option to download the videos in the original 2K quality - the current low resolution versions are unusable and not worth it.

Having to take the SD card out and load the clips onto a computer takes too long.

Also there is an issue with the dash cam SD card formatting as Macs can’t read the ex-fat format even when they should.

Just found out the software apps updated last week and now i can download the movie on my 4k dashcam with higher res. Good job
