It won’t let me in to see my results. It used to. Waste of time setting it up.

I have downloaded then deleted the app four times, and each time I try to use the app once installed, it just freezes with the “I’m trying to open” wheel of death.  Someone needs to fix this app. I can access my images on my office computer but not in my smartphone using this app. Appalling waste of time.

App has completely stopped working after the latest update. Please fix ASAP - many people rely on this app!!

Update: After deleting  NCRG App from both iPads & iPhones, rebooting the units and ensuring they were completely removed, a fresh install was successful in restoring this excellent app.

I was using the old version and it worked without any issues but this upgrade has worked once when I first updated the old version. Why fix what ain't broke ?
