Forcing me to close the app and reload in to maybe fix the problem or wait and try again later in order for Real Time to function again. A lot of businesses rely on an app like this. This needs to be fixed before people start getting fired. Other than the actual service being spotty (hardly the fault of the app itself, which is well designed and offers key data points efficiently) it seems wild to me that there isn’t a native iPad version. My restaurant group utilizes Pulse for more than 30 restaurants, I imagine many of us would appreciate a turbo desktop worthy client for iPad. Please add calendar sync to pulse. I love being reminded that I work in an hour or that I can open my calendar and I can see my whole schedule from my 1 job without opening the app. No offense but NCR Pulse is a little out dated and very one sided. Communication should be key when creating an app that’s developed for its workers.
