### 2/5 — Won’t delete my account

*2026-07-01, version 3.2.18*

I’ve wrote several deactivation requests and they still won’t delete my account

### 2/5 — Hard schedule

*2026-06-03, version 3.2.18*

I’ve been using the NCSA app for a while, I am a freshman wanting to play in college and I feel as if there is a lot of underground rules that go unspoken, and the things that are obvious are the only things repeated in online lessons. I also feel as if I have to check into the app every single day when that doesn’t work with my schedule- with school volleyball clubs and choir, I feel as if NCSA isn’t always a load off but putting more pressure. Some things I do like is the ability to see compatibility with your desired schools as well as seeing what they have to offer directly on the app. Otherwise I feel like sometimes the money isn’t worth it, and that the “VIPs” or “Elite members” are the only ones have real value to NCSA

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-02-06, version 3.2.18*

This is one of the worst websites to be recruited in. When I first join the website a couple of days ago. I started to get a called with an agent from Chicago in which he was respectful and a good person. The problem did happen tonight though when I had a talk to a ex college player and coach in which he would always rush me do things and talked to me a bad tone always. I did not feel respected or comfortable in this situation because I also had to translate this information to my parents which added on to the stress in which when it came to get a membership in which my parents thought the price we’re stupid and of course didn’t want to pay that amount of money which is reasonable. So I told the guy we can’t pay the membership in which he said bye and hung the phone on me before I could even say bye to him too. WORST WEBSITE EVER

### 1/5 — Low quality help

*2026-02-04, version 3.2.18*

They give you useless information that you could just find out by google. The meeting are the same useless information every time. The app is extremely laggy and low effort.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-02-01, version 3.2.18*

The first few days of you using it it’s pretty good you get emails from the site trying to get you to like go on phone calls, but once you get on the phone call and you’re actually like get into a conversation all they want is your money and don’t help you in the slightest bit. don’t fall for this. There’s better ways for you and your athlete.

### 1/5 — Sport

*2026-01-26, version 3.2.18*

L app. I picked my sport and when I finished my account it was set on wrong sport and will not let me change it. If you like getting rage baited. This is app for you.

### 1/5 — terrible site

*2025-12-06, version 3.2.18*

went to a team camp one day after the sign up process i saw something for NCSA checked a box not knowing what it was. shortly after the team camp i got multiple emails telling me about this program. after persuading my parents to pay almost over 200$ . they have not helped one bit . all of the zoom meetings are the same information . they do not care about type personally . and they trick you into paying more and more money to get the “best experince” but it’s a TOTAL scam . simply if you are not the best of the best DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO GO GET INTO A D1 school . only coaches that contact me are small private or religious institutions.

### 1/5 — ts a scam

*2025-12-05, version 3.2.18*

did not do nothing whatsoever paid 103 a month for nothing

### 1/5 — Made to pay

*2025-10-28, version 3.2.18*

They will convince you but into one of their package plans and then all you get are spam camp invites. Not worth it!

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2025-08-23, version 3.2.10*

Each time I attempt to create an account as a parent/guardian of an athlete the app either crashes or says something went wrong and try back later.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2025-08-18, version 3.2.10*

The app would be great if there weren’t so many glitches. Profile pic won’t update, chat message bar cannot be seen when the keyboard pops up, etc.; so many issues with this app & developers need to update. Parents have paid good money to utilize this service with app but this is falling short.

### 1/5 — Don’t get this app!!

*2025-07-23, version 3.2.10*

I fell for the Ncsa recruiting and they called me trying to schedule meeting to pay over $2000 to help find colleges. If you are looking to play college sports your varsity coaches should be the one helping you not random people on the internet!

### 1/5 — .

*2025-06-27, version 3.2.10*

It won’t let me login

### 1/5 — Contract

*2025-06-23, version 3.2.10*

I do not recommend downloading or signing up until all research has been conducted. Reviews from parents, employees, ask your sports club if they already provide this service, etc.

### 1/5 — Free version but made to pay

*2025-06-18, version 3.2.10*

Last year when I went to a basketball camp I was told to come use this app/ website and I was doing it I got a call by the guy and he wanted me to pay like 2500 a month and all that and I told my athletic director about it and he had told me about this app has a free version when I told the guy about it he double down and said I had to pay and gave me a discount to make me want to buy it. When I then declined he locked my account until I had to pay, I did not pay and I dropped this app…

### 1/5 — Wast of money

*2025-06-04, version 3.2.10*

Total waste of money you do all the stuff the app offers by yourself

### 1/5 — Marketing Scam

*2025-06-04, version 3.2.10*

NCSA is excellent at marketing hype to willing victims, like moms (mom-to-mom is how I got roped into this). They hype and insinuate that this is the ticket to getting recruited for scholarships, but their deliverables are nothing but mass webinars, an occasional 15-minute call every few months with some random coach, and more marketing emails to buy more stuff.

### 1/5 — hassle

*2025-05-21, version 3.2.10*

as of right now i don’t have an account because i can’t sign up and for some odd reason this multi hundred thousand dollar company doesn’t have a support number easy to find.

### 3/5 — please fix login

*2025-05-13, version 3.2.10*

app works pretty good, the login process is just really flawed. I cant even get into the app and its very inconveniet that I have to call someone to actually fix it.

### 2/5 — Such an obscene amount of money for such a poor product

*2025-05-02, version 3.2.7*

I unfortunately fell for the NCSA marketing. Let’s start at the beginning. I paid 2500 for the “premium” package. I was told that I’d be aided in my search- this simply did not happen. There is zero personalized experienced whatsoever. There is zero help with recruiting whatsoever. You fly completely solo, building your own email template, own CV, etc. I received 13 offers ranging from the JuCo to the division two level for soccer. I can safely say that NONE of those offers came from my profile in NCSA. It was all me grinding out sending thousands of emails on my own. Everything on this app you can do yourself, don’t fall for it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2026-08-03, version 3.2.18*

Should really be 0 stars but wtv. Took forever to create profile due to app not working. Got nothing out of the app didn’t help me talk to any new coaches etc. Sure a bunch of coach added me to a “list” but nothing happened after that especially with me having to pay. Can’t even delete my account because news flash the app doesn’t work. Don’t bother emailing either cause they won’t reply😹. Can easily play at the collegiate level without using this app.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-07-30, version 3.2.18*

Coaches don’t open emails, only messages I get are generic camp invites from schools wanting some money, and the “professionally edited videos” feel like a bad joke, I wouldn’t use NCSA again if it were free

### 1/5 — Broken/ Unavailable

*2026-05-27, version 3.2.18*

All the services in the app are unavailable. It is totally useless.

### 1/5 — me

*2026-05-20, version 3.2.18*

So I was down in Ohio and droped a bag on Gucci flip flops and then ate toco bell

### 1/5 — 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

*2026-04-20, version 3.2.18*

Doesn’t let you create your account on the app!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work can’t sign in error every time

*2026-04-11, version 3.2.18*

Every time i try to sign in it just says error and i waited on there website for someone to chat with about it no one said anything

### 1/5 — Waste of money and coaches lie to you

*2026-04-06, version 3.2.18*

I first looked at Ncsa my freshman year in 2022 when I got on the call with the Ncsa Coach the call is about two hours. The coach said he was from Chicago and that he could help me get to the next level. The coach positioned me as an athlete because I had played wide receiver, running back and quarterback in middle school. And then the coach told me at the end of the call that he could call his number anytime he wanted to ask any questions or selling a first email. I then sent a text to the coach and the number. The text first off was in Green and then I knew that I was not gonna get a response to the coach. Coach never responded to me. I then tried to call the coach and then I never got a response cause it was clear to that number that I had messaged was either a scam number or a number that was out of service. After this, I then tried to connect with multiple Ncsa coaches about the season and my film and everything and the recommendations for me to email our school is like University of Texas SEC schools schools that are located from New England who is clear realistically not going to play it so Ncsa first off wasted my money. They also sent me my level and they never talk to me again

### 1/5 — Just doesn’t want to work

*2026-03-27, version 3.2.18*

I had this for a few days, and it logged me out automatically, so when I tried to log back in with my email it said that the email has never been used. So, I tried to make a new account under the same email only for it to say that the email is already being used.

### 1/5 — Sign Up

*2026-03-23, version 3.2.18*

sign up is confusing and doesnt make sense at all

### 1/5 — Sucks

*2026-02-24, version 3.2.18*

It’s all a scam

### 5/5 — NCSA hockey

*2024-08-05, version 3.1.10*

Throughout the recruiting process, Coach Rob Lane has guided me in the right direction. The exposure NCSA provides has given me an array of opportunities, opening the door to places I never would have thought of prior to joining this team! Thank you!

### 5/5 — Great recruiting app

*2023-11-01, version 3.0.34*

Try this app and try to get recruited, it’s such a great app to get college offers.

### 5/5 — taylor h

*2023-07-03, version 3.0.34*

do not waste your money!!! App is super glitchy and most of the emails for coaches are not updated. You are much better off using your other resources for recruiting.

### 5/5 — Very promising so far!!!

*2023-03-03, version 3.0.34*

Ive gotten emails from a couple d II and DIII school that i wouldn’t have ever gotten if i didn’t have this app so grateful!! only thing is that i’m too young for my ACT or my SAT so i technically can’t type anything and it’s ruining my completion

### 5/5 — Good but could use a little work

*2022-04-05, version 3.0.13*

I’ve had this app for about 1 month now and have noticed that the staff that reaches out and everyone else that asks if I need help setting up my profile is nice but I feel like you shouldn’t have to complete 100% your profile to start being suggested and seen. Also another small thing is when you are going to tell them about yourself and you have to fill out bench press. The lowest weight u can go is only 185. I personally bench 150 for 2 reps which for my 202 body weight Im happy with. I feel like you should at least have it down to 135 though. Other than that, the app is amazing and great so far

### 5/5 — Great

*2020-09-30*

Works very well no problems at all

### 5/5 — Doesn’t even work

*2020-06-29, version 3.0.7*

Login doesn’t work I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t work. Support team doesn’t even respond to email or call.

### 5/5 — Fixes

*2020-06-19, version 3.0.7*

Great app and service but Can you please fix your app to be more user friendly. This app glitches all the time for me
