A couple of UI tweaks would improve things *2026-07-22, version 119* Small improvements that I think would make a big difference: I would like the ability to rearrange the order of my favourites into a more sensible and usable order for me as things change and not be forced to have them only in the order added. I would like a setting to be able to display both the specific time of day the bus is expected at a stop as well as the app showing the number of minutes until the next bus will arrive at a stop. This would be useful when trying to make a journey that doesn’t just involve NCTX buses. Yesterday it locked me out for 8 hours leaving me stranded at work and having to PAY for another ticket when I already had an active pass!!! Such arrogance and stubbornness for a bus driver is completely bewildered, for a company that prioritises customer satisfaction. I'm sure it's fine if you already know the routes and only need live departures and tickets, but it's terrible for finding out how to get anywhere. In part this is because the algorithm assumes you can walk between nearby stops, but you can't if there's no safe way to WALK ACROSS A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY. It's bad, and I don't know how it has 5 stars. It's also bad at consistency, sometimes using stop names, but sometimes using street names that don't match. It's near impossible to match up all this information and make sense of things. I really, really don't like this app and the company should do some user testing.
