We are excited to introduce and offer our new NCYF Portal, an app designed to provide a secure and convenient way to access care and communicate with care providers and staff.  Essential features available with our app include:

- Stay on top of your appointments effortlessly with our timely reminders, ensuring you never miss a session with your providers

- Easily and securely connect to telehealth visits with direct access

Simple Document Management
- Securely review, sign, and manage forms online, upload insurance ID cards and other important documents with ease

Convenient Payment Processing
- Pay your copay and other bills securely through the app

- Your privacy and security is prioritized with meticulous security measures to protect your personal information, privacy, and health records

- Non-patient users can respond and sign portal forms

- Navigating to view Balance statements from the More tab will no longer crash
- Users are able to join non-Zoom room video appointments from their mobile device (Note: this feature depends on whether or not providers have this enabled)

- Completed forms will no longer display skip form as an option
