Since i have start using this app I couldn’t log in to this app at all…there is a error coming and informed to online banking customer care for more than ten times, but still I didn’t get any answer from the bank..very disappointed

Please enhance the app by adding more options for password forgot (Eg - Email OTP). The current method isn’t always possible, especially when users don’t have their card and PIN, which can be challenging for overseas users.

The experience I had using this app was very pleasant but recently I had an issue with face ID option is not available through the app, it’s grayed out. I can use my face ID with other bank apps but it isn’t working with this app. Except that this app is exceptionally good.

Got the prompt to reset password on first login. Then when entering the new password along with the username, I get the Terms and Conditions page with a button to Accept. When I tap Accept, I get a “Oops something went wrong” error message and can’t go beyond that point.
