The same functions that we had were removed and cannot easily be redone. The bank itself is great, but the app is trash. Do not get the app unless you’re prepared for a headache and a ruined day. ### 5/5 — Nice app! *2023-12-31* As a long-time NDBT customer, I really appreciate the app. It saves a ton of time. And, it’s very intuitive. ### 1/5 — Zelle doesn’t work. *2023-10-12* App needs an update. Zelle refuses to load within the app and the Zelle app redirects me to the NDBT app (which again won’t load). I can’t find a way within the app ask for IT support to address this issue. Always great customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I wish all businesses would take after them ! Awesome bank ! ### 2/5 — Bad service *2022-10-21* When transferring money this bank says the transfer cut off time is 3:00 pm. But when I logged on at 11:00 am and tried to transfer, it said I had missed the deadline. What?? Then it tells you that you have to submit it the day before. Since it happened on Friday, I can’t transfer till the next Monday.
