Seems to be updated often, early speed issues have been sorted out and it’s usually very fast. Saves me a TON of time, yes how much does time weigh? It would take me an hour to drive to bank and back. Deposits are quick now. Sorry for tellers job opportunities. I wish there was an option to activate the flash for deposit camera. Maybe a notification back to app when deposit is approved would be a nice touch. Deposits (wish it was free), transfers among family members, ect... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Too difficult to navigate and use *2025-03-16* I can’t stand using the new version of the banking app. If I could review without giving stars I would for this app. The old version was fantastic and easy to use (the version that everyone loved), but the new version that’s been out for a few years is absolute trash. The same functions that we had were removed and cannot easily be redone. The bank itself is great, but the app is trash. Do not get the app unless you’re prepared for a headache and a ruined day. ### 1/5 — Zelle doesn’t work. *2023-10-12* App needs an update. Zelle refuses to load within the app and the Zelle app redirects me to the NDBT app (which again won’t load). I can’t find a way within the app ask for IT support to address this issue. But when I logged on at 11:00 am and tried to transfer, it said I had missed the deadline. What?? Then it tells you that you have to submit it the day before. Since it happened on Friday, I can’t transfer till the next Monday. That is not what I call good service. ### 2/5 — Difficult to use *2020-12-30* I use online banking with two other banks and brokerage banking too. But NDBT one often can not sign in, or takes a very long time for sign in verification. Also the small amount of online deposit limitation is just unreasonable. For many times, I still have to go to bank and deposit or deposit in my other bank.
