## What is NDIS Shift Notes?

NDIS Shift Notes helps support workers document shifts faster while they are in the field.

Record voice notes during an active shift, add text notes when voice is not practical, and turn captured notes into structured reports for review. The app is designed around speed, clarity, and recovery, so workers can focus on support work instead of paperwork.
