It almost seems intentional that the app barely functions and is filled with glitches. For a corporation that projects such a strong image, the inability to maintain a simple and reliable platform, especially one meant for handling user complaints, says a great deal about the reality on the ground.

"I'm extremely disappointed with the NDMC 311 app and there services with duty . It's supposed to make life easier for citizens, but it's been a complete waste of time. The app is slow, clunky, and rarely responds to complaints. I've lodged multiple complaints, but none have been resolved.

The user interface is outdated, and navigation is a nightmare. Even after multiple attempts, I couldn't get the app to work properly. It's clear that the developers didn't test it thoroughly.

The worst part? No follow-up or updates on the status of complaints. It's like my issues don't matter. I've lost all faith in this app and would advise others to avoid it.
