It's supposed to make life easier for citizens, but it's been a complete waste of time. The app is slow, clunky, and rarely responds to complaints. I've lodged multiple complaints, but none have been resolved. The user interface is outdated, and navigation is a nightmare. Even after multiple attempts, I couldn't get the app to work properly. It's clear that the developers didn't test it thoroughly. The worst part? No follow-up or updates on the status of complaints. It's like my issues don't matter. Ask for refund for 2 days but refunded for only one day and after that keep following up with them.
