Platforma u mundëson qytetarëve të raportojnë lehtë dhe shpejt ankesat ndërsa institucioneve komunale ju mundëson kanalizimin e këtyre kërkesave në një vend lehtë të qasshëm. 

Aktualisht, përmes Platformës Ndreqe mund të raportohen këto kategori të problemeve: mbeturina, parkim ilegal, gropa në rrugë, ndriçim publik, trotuar i dëmtuar apo pirja e duhanit brenda hapësirave publike. 

Ankesat e raportuara në Ndreqe dërgohen për t’u rregulluar tek zyrtarët përgjegjës të komunave. Secili qytetar mund të shohë ankesat e raportuara, mund të përditësoj ato apo abonohet për njoftime.
