When I try to click submit on the homepage it isn’t allowing me to. I have an IPhone and the latest update

For the past week, I’m stuck on a “restore purchases” and “Subscribe”. It hasn’t been a year since I purchased my subscription and neither button works. Not restore purchases or subscribe. What gives? Also after the last update, some buttons overlay other buttons making selecting some options almost impossible.

Just make it a one time payment instead of a subscription. 
I can buy a book for 15-30$
It’s a great idea but not the subscription.
