2. Start with your eyes open
3. Better sitting or laying down?

Without these clear beforehand, you get distracted during the meditation.

Stick with the original book. I got his first App and thought that was bad. This is worse - a meditation where I can't hear anything? I just bought and pressed play only to hear to silence. Should have listened to my intuition, when it told me this was a bad idea! I want a refund!!!
