It defaults to just the road name and postcode (which covers about half a mile of road), or, if I use the map to pinpoint where I live, it generates an totally different address and postcode 200 meters away. I have reported this for many months, but so far none of the updates have fixed it. ### 5/5 — Great app for great service *2024-12-29, version 34.6.19* I absolutely love the convenience and pricing at Neals. Have been using them for a while now and they haven’t let me down once. Great for local trips and airport transfers (with competitive pricing!). The app is easy to use and lets you schedule ahead without extra cost! ### 5/5 — No issue? *2024-12-27, version 34.6.19* Not sure where everyone is going wrong with this app, but I use all the time with no issues. The only thing I don’t like is when you pay by card you have to go through my banking app to verify which is a pain. Apart from that no issues with booking a car, straight forward process. Would be useful to be able to add in multiple, pick up or drop offs. ### 1/5 — Won’t run *2024-10-20, version 34.6.19* Can’t get past the terms and conditions. Tried removing, re adding. Totally useless ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2024-10-16, version 34.6.19* App rarely works. I fly back and forth to Heathrow regularly and use your company. However, I can only book online, and always receive a text suggesting I use the App? I would if it worked 😬 ### 1/5 — App no longer working *2024-09-17, version 34.2.18* It’s been more than two months since the app stopped working. I cannot order a taxi through it, neither asap or in advance. I have called the office multiple times and they say it’s a bug affecting iPhones and was reassured that it will be fixed within the next couple of days, it has been two months since then. You’re losing a massive pool of customers and it is to your advantage to get the app back into normal working order. ### 1/5 — No longer working *2024-09-15, version 34.2.18* This app was buggy to begin with and if you needed to book at cab at short notice, you would have to call. Now it’s been unusable for over a month meaning you have to call to book each time and request a text in order to pay by credit card. I’ve been told management are aware weeks ago but you still can’t book using the app. I book several cabs a week and while I get there are going to be issues sometimes, this one has dragged on far too long. ### 1/5 — Awful *2021-12-07, version 33.4.21* Puts my home postcode 2 streets away from where I live Completely useless ### 3/5 — Totally inaccessible for blind users now *2021-01-26, version 33.0.16* The app update has not solved the terrible gps map which updates incredibly slowly. Even worse, it has not been set up to work with Voice Over, which means blind users cannot book taxis through it. This needs sorting out urgently. It’s an absolute basic requirement of app development. ### 1/5 — Used to be good not anymore *2019-10-08, version 32.0.2* I have used the company for the last 20 years, over the last few months pre booking on the app they have never turned up on time, there is always an excuse, sadly after so many years I have decided to try other companies moving forward as they cannot be relied on.
