This app is the perfect companion and tour planner for your hike on the neanderland STEIG. It contains all the important information about the route, restaurants and sights. 
 
The neanderland STEIG connects the natural beauty and sights of the neanderland on about 240 kilometres and is one of the most important cultural tourism hiking trails in Germany. The total of 17 stages lead through the Niederberg region to the Rhineland, pass through local recreation areas and offer a nature-oriented way to discover the district of Mettmann as a hiking and vacation region. 
 
As circular trails branching off from the neanderland STEIG, the discovery loops complement the sights and natural beauty of the region. With lengths between 2-19 kilometres, these half-day and day tours invite you to take a leisurely stroll but also to actively relax.

17 pro. Hat mal einen Tag gut funktioniert. Stürzt jetzt aber direkt ab Start ab. Neu installieren hat nicht geholfen.

Sonderbarerweise sind nicht alle Etappen in der App vorhanden. So ist es natürlich nutzlos. Auch, dass keine Sortierung nach Etappen möglich ist, ist bestenfalls nervig.

Viele Bilder, aber die Inhalte der Homepage werden nur bruchstückhaft in die App übernommen. Bitte nachbessern, dann gibt es auch mehr Sterne. 

Ich erwarte, dass die Tracks in den Karten angezeigt werden. Sonst ist die App nutzlos. 
Ich weiche auf MapOut aus. Der Track der Homepage wird geladen und offline ohne Verbrauch von Datenvolumen sauber angezeigt.

Die App hat uns geholfen, denn der Weg war nicht immer eindeutig beschildert. 

Eine Verbesserung wäre es, den blauen Posutionspunkt gleich mit einem Pfeil zu ergänzen, der die Ausrichtung des Smartphones wiedergibt. Beispiele wären Google Maps oder die Apple Navigation.

Sehr gute App. Man kann sich über die Karten über den Weg im Voraus informieren. Allerdings wollte ich einen Wegezustand melden, aber es lässt sich kein Foto hinzufügen. Die App stürzt dann sofort ab. Hier ist noch Nachbesserung erforderlich. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden!

Ich habe mir diese App geladen, weil wir gestern eine Etappe des Neanderlanfsteigs bewandern wollten. Das optische Bild der App macht einen guten Eindruck und es wirkt auch alles ausführlich allerdings sind die Etappennanen nicht vollständig und werden abgeschnitten. Im Reiter "Karte" habe ich gehofft, irgendwie mit dem GPS einen aktuellen Standort finden zu können: denkste! Selbst die Möglichkeiten "Tour aufzeichnen" scheiterte an zwei Dingen: es wurde immer wieder die Karte von "Immenstadt im Allgäu" angezeigt. Die aktuell benötigte ließ sich auf die Schnelle nicht aufrufen. Dann wurde in der falschen Karte noch unendlich lang "gps suchen" angezeigt, obwohl mein iphone  besten GPS-Empfang hatte und ich die "Touraufzeichnung" schon längst gestartet habe Nach 10 Minuten reinster Frust war uns das zu blöd und wir sind dann ohne diese App schön gewandert, ist ja auch gut ausgeschildert. Fazit: zum Anschauen ganz nett, zum Wandern unbrauchbar.

Sehr praktische App, aber an der Benutzeroberfläche muss noch ein wenig gearbeitet werden. 

So finde ich es verwunderlich, unter dem Menüpunkt "Karte" diverse POIs einblenden zu können, jedoch nicht die Steig-Strecke. Hierzu muss ich einzeln die Etappen aufrufen.

Außerdem ist ein großes Manko, dass viele Überschriften abgeschnitten werden. Gerade bei den Etappen ist das Ziel in der Auflistung nicht ersichtlich. Wenn man hier den sich wiederholenden Text "neanderland STEIG" weglassen würde, könnte es passen. Denn mir ist klar, dass in der Steig-App die Etappen des neanderland STEIG finde, jedoch kenne ich die Wegführung nicht auswendig. 

Aber auch wenn man bei den Etappen den Text kürzt, ändert das nicht das Problem der Überschriften allgemein. Auch etwa bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten werden viele Überschriften abgeschnitten. 

Meine Rezension bezieht sich nur auf die App an sich. Wie es sich damit wandert werde ich in Kürze berichten. 

Für eine erste Version der App ist aber auf jeden Fall schon einmal gute Arbeit geleistet worden. Weiter so, dann gibt's auch mehr Sterne ;-)
