Minus a fourth star for introducing a fee against the token being sent; on top of the gas cost when sending or swapping an intent to native. (Including those that paid for premium to avoid fees)

If I could take away the last star, I would. Contact with support has been a complete waste of time. Be warned, bait and switch surprise fees are in play and more could happen any time. The .1 percent fee I describe here, might as well just be tacked on to the intent swap fee, since you will be taxed this fee on any and all intents held in the wallet at the point of use. Whether that be sending the intent on any chain at all, or swapping it for the native version of the asset. 

Do not bother with npro, all the benefits are a lie. Swap fee on near-intents.org is .1 percent for everybody. Here you pay whatever they charge for your tier on top of .1 percent. Premium support is trash. Minimum 24 hours between each reply and no questions answered.

This is one of the worst wallets I’ve ever used, good luck trying to take your money out if u have sui the network doesn’t even allow u, then when u try to convert to near you lose 12 dollars in the process. Waste of time literally any other wallet allows you to move your wealth easily.

Just downloaded it, entered my mnemonic phrase and pin, and then it just sits at a loading screen forever. Kill the app and open again, and its still just stuck on the same loading screen. What a joke. Nice work developers LOL

I had over $5k staked in NPRO, and after I did the latest update, my app showed no sign of my staking. Over 1000 NPRO and principal vanished. The support is non existent, they tell you to go to their discord, but it’s non responsive. Like I said beware. Shoulda just stayed with coinbase. If anyone on near mobile team can help, please reach out. Thanks.

Choose another wallet and stay away from this one and their affiliate Sweat wallet. Swat wallet ran a scam with Near reward after which all my coins were gone from this Near wallet. Whether their security sucks, or their choice of partners who scammers, or they are summers themselves, either way stay away and don’t make my costly mistake. Choose another wallet.

No longer working or is just no good. Can’t make any kind of transfers, and the app doesn’t even pick up any of my wallets. Even when I try to use rainbow bridge. I like the app but nothing is even working on it. You can only add Sweat Econ coins on it but you can’t really do much else or withdraw any of them. What the h*** man.

From your comment I infer you might not have NEAR in your wallet to pay for the transactions fees to send coins outside your wallet or use rainbow bridge. Remember those fees are for the NEAR Blockchain validators, not for the wallet itself.

In order to withdraw my USDC I had to convert it into NEAR and then I was able to send it to my Coinbase wallet. It was a real pain trying to send the USDC to my Coinbase address because it wouldn’t stop saying my wallet address was invalid. Not to mention the transaction fee being a pain to figure out how little NEAR you need to top off your balance to make the transaction to swap tokens.

BAD APP DO NOT RECOMMEND USING

You’re better off using meta mask or something. You cant even sell and it’s very limited on what you can send to other wallets.

I tried to transfer my near to kraken and each time i try it says something went wrong. This has been on going for 4 months. Tried contacting customer support no answer or reply.
