I purchased 5 vouchers and upon reaching the venue was told that they had a birthday party and wont serve us. On speaking to the customer service the person told me at first that you have 2 months to redeem the coupon but when I told him that I have booked for a special occassion today, he just said we cant refund the amount. On asking why does the app not coordinate with the hotel instead of explaining, the person just started arguing with me. Honestly I had purchased some vouchers before as well and always had a smooth experience, but this experience ruined it for me and you have lost a customer today. Never gonna purchase anything again thanks to your customer service team. ### 1/5 — Password got compromised *2026-05-20* Doesn’t let you delete profile and password gets compromised . Sheer nonsense app ### 4/5 — It's good but but can be better *2026-01-10* I have been using nearby for like 5-6 years and it's really a very good app but still there is one thing that I don't like which is when I have a voucher and I want to cancel it then I have to make a call to the customer care to cancel it there is no option to cancel the voucher on the app. I would like to suggest there should be an option to cancel the voucher on the app itself so that I don't have to call customer care every time. ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service. It used to be so good but not anymore! *2025-01-17* No notifications or SMS or emails are sent at the time of wallet money or promo expiry! And when we call the customer support team, they laugh at your face and say it's your problem, why didn't you see the date of expiry firsthand. Nearbuy should realise a lot of local players like Shoutlo have come up and they are providing much better value and levels of customer service than your company which is gonna go down to shambles if this is how they keep on treating their loyal customers of 8+ years. I'll finally stop being your customer! Thanks and bye! ### 1/5 — Zero responsibility, only mean to sell your vouchers *2024-08-12* Nearbuy an app who have zero responsibility, you are only selling vouchers and making fool to peoples. Ever you want to know which restaurant’s vouchers are you selling to your customers those restaurants are treating your guests well. Many restaurants are treating your guests like beggars. They didn’t provide the deals as mentioned in your app. They serve the food so rudely as they are giving free of cost. One of the restaurant is OUT OF THE BOX, Khan Market giving this experience to nearbuy’s customers. This is my suggestion if these type of practices are doing by restaurants why you are listed on your apps. I faces these type of problems many time. You have to take strict action against OUT OF THE BOX, Khan Market. ### 2/5 — Variety of options but with bad service *2023-09-24* Team, we are happy with the offer and providing variety of options in your app but please have a look into the shops owners who are behaving weird if we carry voucher to there shop as if we are getting a free service. Kindly improve this kind of service then only we can use your app in a positive way. This will impact your business. Encourage the shop people who are willing to accept the near buy service. Recently I went to salon ELVIRA unisex saloon Secunderabad. Shop keeper was very bad and they are using cheap and out dated products for facial , my skin got rashes and pimples.
