Driver was really friendly and chatty. Wouldn’t use any other taxi service including a certain transport service I work for. No hassle, no stress. Never had an issue with any of the drivers in the years I’ve used L.A they’ve always been professional and brilliant!

The app works well & the service is always excellent. I would suggest a facility where, if no cars are available asap (whatever criteria you have set for that), we can see when a car is likely to become available would be very useful, so we know approx. when to prebook for.

I could find no taxis through this app.

The Captcha system used by the app to register your mobile number is complete garbage. I’ve gone through it probably 60 times in last two days to try and register and it constantly fails. Pictures used are tiny and very low resolution, but even when selecting correct squares it fails. Guess it’ll be Uber then.

Your app is a joke does not work and made me pay taxi twice because you take the money then claim you don’t hold it. Plus your call handlers are horrendous and rude

The app for months now doesn’t let to leave tips to the drivers. “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again”. Not expecting you to care much, maybe that’s why your drivers are leaving the company.

Awful app, very very poor usability. No back button, track your booking and no way to pay. Previous app was fantastic but I’m sure more expensive for LA to use! Driver had to ring office so I could pay by card. Typical cost cutting without any real world testing.

The new app is useless.  Every time I try to open an account it tells me that it is sending me a code but there it sticks. Tried over 3 months without success. Old all worked ok . My experience of the new one is that it is useless

The new app is awful. I pre booked and ticked to pay by card the night before. The taxi arrived on time with no notification that it was on my way but telling me to get to my pick up point. When I got to my destination I ended up paying cash, as the card hadn’t gone through, and I was charged a 70p fee and I don’t know what for. I only know about the extra because I was sent my receipt. Very unhappy, I know that there will be teething problems but at the moment the app isn’t fit for purpose. Other app was great.is every nickname taken?

I ordered taxi in morning to turn up at Early evening , it was half a hour late, driver dropped us off at totally wrong place , considering you are meant to be a official sponsor, it was really poor service
