Every time I get a taxi I get charged additional fees and it’s not waiting time add ons, I get additional fees paying by card or cash. I’m never given a reason why they are charging but they do it to make extra money as most people have their bank card saved and don’t realise the extra fees but my new card isn’t on and still being charged with cash

Every time we order a taxi we get the same driver who doesn’t mind his own business!
And every time his card reader not working!!!!
And when we request not to have him again they still sending him!

ZERO STARS - Booked a taxi for 12:30am in Sunderland after a Pink concert in 2023. They just never showed up! When called they said they were around the corner. That was a Lie, they just never showed up and left us stranded! I would go out my way to avoid this taxi service. I am so angry with them!!

I pre booked for a train at 7:00am and they cancellation on the morning but still took payment which 10 days later I’m still waiting to be refunded. They’re now ignoring my emails.

Pre-booked a taxi to train station for 6am. At 610 the car was still 10 minutes away. 

Rang for another. Took another 10 minutes before I just took the car and still missed my train

Booked and paid for a taxi from Newcastle airport to South Shields. For 3 am in the morning 26th of May . By 3.10 am no sign a Richmond taxi pulled in asked if he was for me , no, picking up someone else. He said another taxi was on way up to drop off it was most likely him . No contact from Richmond now 3.20 , no money on phone so couldn’t ring . Then another Richmond taxi pulled in dropping off , asked him if he was for me , no . But the very nice driver named Michael, rang the office for me, he was told she was still waiting for someone to pick it up?
He then asked why he couldn’t do it , the job was given to him thankfully. 3.30am now on way.So thank you very much Michael you were wonderful a life saver. As for Richmond taxis thanks for nothing. You had taken/ put a hold on £57 pounds from my account. I have always used Richmond in spite of some poor reviews. Not anymore I now find the ap I had on my phone no longer works and I can’t download another. Very strange, so I am leaving this review on their web page . Thank you Michael for your help.💕💕 Richmond 😡😡😡😡
