Can’t get past captcha. There’s only so many buses and motorcycles I can click on until I want to launch my phone out the window. Just keeps saying something went wrong. No other way to login. So can’t book a taxi. Poor implementation of captcha.

I’m not saying about drivers, but about company
The company not improving their services to disabled passengers using wheelchair, which means that they can’t book a wheelchair accessible car straight from the app

When I’m about to go at work. While using the app some the drivers they accept it and not moving in there garage. Coz of this 2.5£ penalty

App shows 4 mins away then book to be told allocating driver then advise would be 14mins but still awaiting drive. Cancelled but advised would charge £2.50 to cancel even though driver still not allocated !!

Do they not accept cash because a few times not iv tried to book a taxi only using cash and it won’t let me it says add card but I don’t use a card ?
