The booking side is good but the admin security is awful. That’s crazy! The latest version requires a deposit asking for credit card details which doesn’t look secure as most apps I have used I.e. no transfer to a secure payment provider, no Mastercard secure code/ verified by visa, certificates like or support for Apple Pay. I have now stopped using the app ### 1/5 — This app is a joke *2022-12-03, version 1.3* It's stupid that I have to create multiple accounts, one for each barber. Rather than one account for all barbers. Secondly, I created an account but had an issue with my password, I selected "Forgot your password" and it told me "email not found". This is a bug because I had already created an account and even booked an appointment with a barber. An barber using this needs to seek other options, this app looks out of date and behaves like it too. ### 1/5 — All 5 stars reviews must be fake *2021-12-28, version 1.3* I don’t know how anyone can rate this 5 stars. This app haven’t been updated for over 2 years and barely working. You register and next time you want to log in you need go register again as it says wrong password. It constantly logs you out. Customer service is not existing as they never answer for your emails and there is no other option to contact them. Was made in panic mode before lockdowns and they just stop care about it. I deleting this app as its not working and be reporting it as a scam that developers abandoned it.
