It's a shift countdown app built for people counting down the minutes, not chasing wellness points. Set your shift, watch the "% of BS completed" bar climb, and get a quote that either motivates you or tells you the truth — your choice.

WHAT IT DOES

— Live shift countdown with a real-time BS% bar
— Nested meters: today, this week, this month, and your entire working life
— A quick mood check-in at the end of each shift, logged with faces that get progressively more unimpressed
— Notes: jot down the BS moments and the (rare) funny ones
— History: see your week at a glance, your best and worst days, and how this week's shaping up against last week
— A quote card with two moods — Motivation, if you need the push, or Realist, if you don't
— An optional 18+ uncensored quote pack, for when "keep going!" doesn't cut it

Free gets you the full daily loop — the countdown, the meters, the mood log, the notes. Free forever, not a trial.

Pro unlocks the bigger picture: your full mood and notes history, a live money-earned ticker for your shift, a retirement countdown, and escape countdowns for your next day off and any leave you've got booked.
