Foreigners traveling to Japan, please listen to this review carefully. We scheduled an airport service pickup Tuesday night for our leaving flight Thursday early morning. We get our confirmations Wednesday night saying our pick up is confirmed on Thursday. When the day finally comes, minutes turned to hours until we finally find out it’s a no-show. Customer service is 0 help, telling us that there was no way to help us in English, only sending us to the AI chat for help. If you value your time and money, DO NOT USE this service. We should’ve done more research but I guess it’s my fault for putting my blind faith on this airport service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PLEASE! We are now struggling to get a refund off of this.

This app saved my life. There was no public transport from Niseko to the airport, even Uber was hard to get. But this app was great, I got the confirmation, was able to see the driver location and meet him. Everything went smooth and great

複数回利用しましたがハズレると最悪です。

自宅から空港まで予約。指定時間に来ない、ドライバーにも連絡が取れず、飛行機に間に合わないためやむなく普通のタクシーを使用。

指定時間より1時間近く経ち渋滞による遅延連絡と、乗車していないのに乗車扱いで代金精算された。（カード登録し乗車時に引き落されるシステム）

クレームしたところ、ドライバーが個人的に登録電話番号に連絡を入れてきた。ピックアップ場所と電話番号、外出も把握されるなど個人情報の扱いにも恐怖を感じる。

何かあった時はハズレのドライバーだと対応にかなり不安。運営の電話問い合わせ窓口は無くチャットしかありません。

### 2/5 — 遠回りばかりで本末転倒

NearMeを利用する理由は、効率的なルートで空港へ向かえる点にありますが、現在の御社の配車は単なる遠回りであり、時間の効率性がまったく考慮されていません。利益を優先するあまり、本来のコンセプトを忘れないよう、運営方針の見直しを強く求めます。

二度と使わない。
使用前日に度重なるドライバーの変更。到着希望時間には間に合わない時間設定。その旨伝えて、時間を変更依頼したらキャンセル料の請求。融通も効かない最悪でした。おすすめしない。

貸切で予約したが、事前に少しだけ待ってくれと連絡したにも関わらず、5分遅れたら(電話もなく)一方的にキャンセルされた。ほかの移動方法を探すのが大変だった。しかも100％のキャンセル料を請求され、サポートもそれが当然と全く誠意無し。ぼったくられた印象です。私の意見では、ここは使わない方がいいと思います。

2025年4月乗車予約。
乗車前日に届く車両番号と電話番号と車さえもが違っていて電話は知らない人に繋がった。
そして客を5分までしか待たないというシステムだけれど迎車は何分遅れても補償も何もなし。電話番号も車両番号もわからない中、15分待ちました。（待ち時間含めたら35分待った）その間、不安だらけ。難病をかかえる高齢の母のひとり旅に利用しましたが母は困惑で、来る車来る車にニアミーですかと聞いて回ったそう。連絡さえつかないとは最悪です。
カスタマーサポートに連絡しても大した調べもせずに適当で誤った回答しかしない。（2回目も間違った車両番号伝えられました）
間違えがあることは仕方のないことだけれど、事後対応がどうかで印象は違います。

本当に怒りしかないです。
ドライバーも遅れるなら遅れるでなぜ連絡しない？カスタマーサポートからは1分でも遅れたらドライバーから連絡すると言われたのに15分放置。
酷すぎる。
ドライバーは笑いながら言い訳並べ。
もう信用ならない。

定期的に何度か利用してますが､ドライバーさんによって当たり外れの差が激しいです。また､同乗者も同様。年末に利用した際､子連れのファミリーと一緒になり､奥様が｢うちの方が先なんじゃない？何で後なの？｣や｢狭い｣など文句ばっかり言っていて､こちらの方が気を使ってしまい､乗車中とても気分悪かったし疲れました。それらが無ければ､概ね良いサービスだと思います。
それから､最近､気が付きましたが､3月？4月？から値上げしましたよね？基本料金が1,000円も！
ニアミーから何のアナウンスもありませんが､値上げするならアナウンスは必要だと思います！

我絕對沒有遲到，但司機沒有到指定位置，在附近等候。想透過系統跟司機聯絡請他來指定的地點，但系統顯示我的號碼”currently not available”。叫車時不需要用電話登入但要聯絡的時候突然需要，可以配合但他們的app又不讓登入。在我試著要登入聯絡的時候，司機取消了預約而且100%收費～然後客服只願意回覆日文，但還是不能退費。

You can book a trip by entering email add and card, but when I was waiting on time for my driver, I tried to reply his msg but nearme app wanted me to login with my phone #, I did but it shows not available for system. I couldn’t replied the driver to ask him to come to the proper location ( he didn’t wait outside of the apartment), I got canceled by the driver and need to pay fully. No refund, 100% charged when the driver didn’t show at the assigned address and the system wouldn’t let you reply msg.
