The amount of times I had renewed my virtual card is insane. Out of nowhere they expect to pay for a new card and mind you my previous card hasn’t expired yet. It felt like every time I logged into the app and I wanna make a payment online, I had to always pay for a new card which is literally disappointing.

I have no star for you guys , this app is the most stupidest app in world, you can never top up you dollar card , I have been trying to withdraw out my money it will never allow, pls i need my money from that app okay

Everytime i always have an issue topping up my usd card, you guys need to fix that, i invited a friend and he was frustrated because of that, you need to fix that, other services are good, and provide a customer care number incase of complaint!!!

Their recent rate while funding my virtual dollar card is the best I’ve seen and card works very well for all my dollar payments even payments in other currencies. I highly recommend!
