## What is nearUnow?

We are a simple app designed specifically to help you find real estate agents that are physically located near you now. This benefits home buyers because you don't have to wait for real estate agents to schedule time to come out and meet you. Agents, you can find other agents near your potential client to get them served quickly. We hope to make selecting your real estate agent a fast, effective and memorable experience.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

We at NearUNow ask all realtors to give us their license number. It's also recommended the consumer goes to the state real estate regulatory sites to verify the real estate agents they choose to meet onsite. 

We recommend agents meet their clients with an escort and preferably at their office first or at the property with another NearUNow licensed agent, or an agent that works in your brokers office.
