Make sure you sign the Neato openPetition against Vorwerk!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-11-17, version 2.9.6* The worst app I’ve ever seen! ### 1/5 — App discontinued *2025-11-10, version 2.9.6* Avoid this app. The company that bought out the failed Neato company was supposed to support this app, but I got an email today saying they are backing out of their agreement - hiss boo! ### 1/5 — No app update *2025-10-31, version 2.9.6* I have not been able to use my vacuum in months because it says the app needs an update. The App says an update is required, but as we all know - this company stopped support some time ago. Too bad, because I always loved my Neato D7. Don’t want to switch brands but will be forced to eventually! ### 1/5 — Aaaaand accounts hacked *2025-08-29, version 2.9.6* Sept 2025 Nothing changed but not allow into account for some reason. Had to reset passeord. Password reset - gave it the SAME password and it worked. So yes that’s a sign that all our accounts were hacked and they want us to change them! July 2023 Closure announced in May 2023 Great. D6. Nothing changed. This AM, can’t control, rogue robot. Had to hold down power switch to turn off. Deleted from app Went to add vacuum again, couldn’t do it. Turns out directions inside the app are wrong, based on Neato’s own help section on the website. Still can’t connect. ### 1/5 — App not allowing vacuum to connect *2025-06-06, version 2.9.6* Have a D3 and a D4. After getting a new WiFi provider I need to reconnect it to the app, which even after connecting is not "connected". The App is not letting me pair with vacuum no matter what I try. I connect to Neato access point and it tells me to name it and after that it doesn’t progress. Endless loop. Have to manually start vacuum all the time, which takes longer to vacuum. I want to set up vacuum schedules again.
