## What is NeatPaste?

NeatPaste is a text cleanup app that fixes messed-up text.

Paste an AI answer and the ## and ** are still sitting there.
Paste from a PDF and one sentence is spread over four lines.
Paste from a web page and stray spaces come along for the ride.

Paste it here, press Format, and it's fixed.
Then copy it into Mail, Word, Notion — wherever it was going.

▼ THREE WAYS TO CLEAN

Smart Clean
Rejoins line breaks cut mid-sentence. Collapses runs of spaces. Turns curly quotes back into straight ones. Strips characters you can't see.

AI Clean
Removes the # and ## heading markers and the ** emphasis markers left in AI answers, so it reads as prose. Bullet dashes stay.

PDF Repair
Rejoins the line breaks a PDF left behind. Puts words split by an end-of-line hyphen back together. Drops lines that are nothing but a page number.

When that happens, you get one confirmation right before you copy or export, and you decide whether to go on.
