I love this app! I like that it’s designed with black woman in mind and can tailored to my needs as a Busy single mom. The quick exercise exercises allow me to check in and get a boost on days when I might not have time to sit down and journal, etc.  Highly recommend!

I’m really loving the process of learning more about myself and the Nebbi app allows me to track my commitment to discovering my feelings and their meanings and provides me with the tools to actively honor and create space in the moment for my emotions. I look forward to my daily tasks and the daily quotes. A simple and quick check-in with myself has supported my daily morale.
