I was surprised an Appt and tests were twice the cost (and insurance paid very on added cost), because it is facility fees, equipment fees, and nurse fees on top of the doctors fees at the outpatient clinic in Village Point. They didn’t figure it out the cost, but afterwards, I figured it out on my own. I haven’t been to Nebraska Med for 2 years? *2026-06-23, version 4.5.0* You keep sending me a message that I haven’t NEW test results. How is that possible? ### 1/5 — Serious medicine subpar care *2026-02-17, version 4.3.0* Providers don’t care about treating the entire person, sanctions and restrictions imposed upon them make it difficult to near impossible to treat their patients how they would like to practice medicine. It’s a bureaucracy that’s has gone rogue. Providers are under constant scrutiny and pressure from administrators to castrate their scope of practice. Administration < board certified providers. If I swipe to close the app and then go back and start again it allows another reminder to be added, but just one! I called about this while I was in chemo and radiology for cancer. I would have 7 to 8 appointments a week so extremely irritating and I'm sick, I don't feel like closing then signing back in to add one appointment over and over! ### 1/5 — Nebraska Medicine-Worst Doctor’s Office in Nebraska *2024-09-24* This is absolutely the worst doctors office I have had the misfortune of working with. My Doctor, Lauren Richard’s, is completely unprofessional and does not listen during appointments. The last time I had an appointment with Lauren, I waited for 30 mins for her to walk in before I gave up and went to the front desk to ask for her. 5 min after I asked the front desk what the hold up was, Lauren walks through the exam door. Imagine that. So it’s obvious she was messing around for HALF AN HOUR while her patient(me) was waiting for her. That’s unacceptable. On top of that, this broken medical clinic actually REFUSES to renew my medication. On July 2nd, I sent in a prescription renewal. By July 8th, the pharmacy still did not get the script in from the doctor. So I sent a request through this app for a prescription renewal. You know what they did? They REJECTED it because there was already a script request from the pharmacy. So instead of filling the pharmacy request and canceling my request through the app, they canceled BOTH requests. And THEN tried to make me come in for an appointment before getting renewed. I refused to come in and requested my meds again, only THEN did they refill my prescription. That is completely unacceptable and baffling that a medical practice would be so shady. I wouldn’t recommend care from Nebraska medicine if it was FREE. That is how atrocious this excuse for a medical practice is. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and find a different clinic. Nebraska Medicine needs to be shut down. Oh, and I made sure to put my real name for the review. Lauren, if you’re reading this, you done messed up woman. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2024-08-19* I used to be able to us be able to refill my 10-13 medication with ease. The IOS version of this app only has an option for pickup and the delivery option is non-existent. The request renewal/request refill options are confusing and unnecessary. I used to be able to refill my meds just by texting a number now it’s just a link that leads to the trash app. Lastly the tracking numbers aren’t accurate I refilled Gabapentin today 8/19 and the tracking took me to last months prescription which was delivered July 13th. Absolutely TRASH app makes having to manage my prescriptions so much harder.
