## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Verification code

*2026-04-24*

I’ve tried several times to receive a verification code to log in and each time no code was sent!

### 1/5 — No customer service

*2026-04-20*

I have been calling for 2 days, (thank goodness for call holding) after 30 minutes it just disconnect! When I downloaded the app, it asked me for my email and then it said it would send me a code! I sent that email 10 times, still waiting for a code! So I sent an email, or should I say several emails I finally got a response this morning telling me to call the number that I’ve been calling that nobody answers except for a recording that tells me to hold for the next operator and then 30 minutes later it disconnects! I sent another email hoping they will call me but I doubt it! If I don’t hear from them tomorrow, everything goes back and the Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me!

### 1/5 — Does not send verification code

*2026-04-18*

Verification code on a timer that never delivers code

### 1/5 — No customer service exists

*2026-04-10*

I have been calling and emailed and left messages since I received these. No answer, no response, nothing. Total ghosts!
I went back to the website, they say customer service 24 7 … everything there is untrue.
I know I will never get my money back.
Put me down as screwed.

### 4/5 — Good hearing aides

*2026-06-02*

I got my aides and stared using them. They are very sensitive. They squeal when I put them in my ears. I have to turn them off first, put them in, then turn them on. The left aide gives me a lot of high pitched feedback. I've tried all the different sizes of ear adaptors. The only way I can get rid of the feedback in my left aide is to use the largest adaptor. I switch between the small and medium adaptor for the right aide. I've tried all the modes and at different volumes. This is the only way I can get them to work. I would like to use the smaller adaptor in the left ear so I can hear more of what is going on around me. Each time I change volume levels or surrounding settings, the aides get very loud before settling back down to the new setting. Is this normal?

The Bluetooth feature does not work at all! I have an iPhone 14. The aides connect OK, but the sound I get is like being at the ocean or in a barrel. I don't hear anything that is being played. I'm very disappointed in this, which is one of the main reasons I bought these so I can talk on my phone and listen to music. Can you help me out here?
