Messy
So much potential that still needs to be realised. The font is tiny and there's no way to customise it. The icons are tiny and very light and there's no way to make them bigger. I can't modify the theme - not too keen on the colour of the tabs. I keep trying to capture ideas and they disappear into nothingness. Tried to read help section but images are not registering on the server - there's just a blank square with a question mark. It's very difficult to figure out how to do things. There is not list of extra features to know what you're getting if you subscribe. I did subscribe for a month and I don't know what I'm getting. Was hoping it would be obvious, but it isn't. Not renewing and deleting app from computer. It's a nice app wth lots of potential. I may consider once developer catches up with a working standard

App has many bugs - Almost unusable
I write this on April 28, 2021.
The app looked promising, and I did the mistake of unlocking all the features, and paying for it.
Unfortunately the developer has to fix many bugs that crash the app almost constantly. I have hope he will fix it.
As of now adding images to capture in the app crashes it, the agenda does not do anything, the custom Kanban status crashes it.
Please work on it, I have hope it can be useful, but it needs a lot more testing to be really usable.

Hi, please take a look at the new version 1.34 to see if those crash still there Thanks โโ Hi Joseph, Really sorry for causing the problem, I noticed you are on macOS, could you please provide your macโs model, we will try the best to fix any bug reported, and thank you very much for the support, I feel sorry for the unpleasant experience, fix will be released asap, in the mean while, it will be extremely helpful that if you give us some more info on those bugs, there is a build in feedback button on the top left corner to put mort text, once we located the source of the crashing you met, a new fix will be released. Rather impressive
For an app that's attempting to do so much, x3note works remarkably well, even at this early stage. What's more, the app's footprint is gratifyingly tiny โ once installed, it only takes up a few megabytes on disk (14 MB), which is extraordinary. I have noticed a few bugs while using the app, but the developer is quick to remove them.
The closest rival is NotePlan, which, while powerful, is significantly more expensive. And x3note's support for "ideas" (meaning a raft of attachments/copied-and-pasted input from multiple sources) is unique. The agenda feature is nice, but personally I'm especially impressed by the notetaking support, which is as powerful as most outliners (e.g. Workflowy, Dynalist).
So far, I like it very much. I've deducted a star for the occasional bugs, but will be very happy to reinstate it once the app has matured a little further.
