A set of exercises and workouts from 8 minutes a day for the neck and shoulders. Relieve tension from the muscles of the cervical spine, stimulates blood flow in the vessels, improves neck mobility. 

Does not require special equipment (simulators), all trainings take place in the comfort of your home.
