Neckly helps you become more aware of your neck posture throughout the day.

Connect supported AirPods, and start a monitoring session. Neckly uses motion data from your AirPods to detect potentially uncomfortable neck positions and gently reminds you when it may be time to adjust.

REAL-TIME POSTURE REMINDERS

When Neckly detects that your neck has remained outside your calibrated range, it can play a gentle audio reminder—even while you are using another app.

The goal is simple: help you notice poor posture earlier and build healthier everyday habits over time.

Everyone’s natural posture is different. Neckly creates a personalized reference position based on your own comfortable posture, making monitoring more relevant to you.
