## What is Neckly?

Neckly is a desk-health companion for necks and shoulders. The coach's instructions are recompiled on device from your own logged sessions, so it can only suggest moves that worked for you and can only cite numbers you produced. You can read that fact list, correct a line, or delete it.

- On-device coaching assembled from your own sessions, not generic advice
- Ten short moves, most of them 90 seconds, tagged for the home desk, a cafe, bed, or a busy office
- A quick 0 to 10 check before and after, so progress is about how you actually feel
- On-device insights that show which moves line up with your better days
- Photograph your desk, never yourself, and get a few cheap fixes for the setup
- A posture window that notices when you have been leaning a while, plus gentle break reminders
- Everything stays on your device, with no account to create

Neckly helps you move a little more and notice your own patterns of tension. It is for general wellbeing and does not give medical advice.
